Master Kasey Cheung's extensive studies in various martial art styles have led him to develop a highly effective system of integrated martial arts. His teaching method is based on "open learning," which incorporates the most effective techniques from different styles of martial arts and self-defense. Since 1984, Master Cheung has been deeply passionate about martial arts and has dedicated his life to teaching. He has a unique ability to unlock the potential of students of all ages, helping them realize what their minds and bodies are capable of. In addition to his teaching, Master Cheung is also a member of the Triple Treat Seminars Team, which travels nationwide to teach self-defense and promote martial arts.

Renshi / Sifu Ken Wickline

Kenneth started training in martial arts in 2003 at 42 under Sikung Kasey Cheung, initially motivated by his children's involvement. Despite early struggles due to being out of shape, Sikung's encouragement kept him going. Originally planning to train until he got in better shape, Kenneth's dedication grew as he experienced positive results. Achieving his black belt in 2007 and currently a Yondan, he excelled in national tournaments and seminars, earning recognition from the World Warrior Alliance. In 2013, he earned a black sash in Running Fist Kung Fu. Kenneth's motto, "just keep showing up," reflects his commitment to continuous improvement, and his positive attitude has inspired others in the martial arts community.

Sifu Manny Mastres

Manny Mastres began his martial arts journey in 1999, training under the guidance of Josi James Robinson, the founder and head instructor of Running Fist Kung Fu. It was under his tutelage that he earned the title of Sifu in June 2015. Additionally, He is proud to be recognized as a san dan by the prestigious World Warrior Alliance. My passion for martial arts was ignited at a young age by watching the legendary Bruce Lee, Jet Lee, and Jackie Chan in their iconic movies. Currently, Mr. Mastres is honing his skills under the expert instruction of SiKung Kasey Cheung, who is not only an instructor in Running Fist Kung Fu but also a part of the Integrated Martial Arts Center.

Sifu Natalie Cheung

Natalie Cheung started her martial arts journey in 2009, initially captivated by the seamless execution of techniques and a curiosity to unravel its secrets. As she delved deeper into her studies, Natalie developed a genuine appreciation for the concepts and philosophies underlying the art, while also gaining a profound understanding of body mechanics and the effective delivery of different styles. Working alongside her husband and Sikung, Kasey Cheung, Natalie actively contributes to teaching the kids program at Integrated Martial Arts Center. Currently holding the title of Sifu and possessing a black sash rank, Natalie is also a certified yoga instructor who seamlessly blends her yoga training with her martial arts instruction. Her active lifestyle has revealed the numerous benefits of martial arts training in her other pursuits, including rock climbing, yoga, running, and kayaking.

Sifu Curtis Campbell

Curtis Campbell began his martial arts training at the age of 16 in 2003, under the guidance of Master Kasey Cheung. With years of practice and dedication, Curtis has attained the rank of black sash and holds the esteemed title of Sifu. In addition to his personal growth, Sifu Campbell generously contributes to the development of other students by assisting in teaching classes for both children and adults. His calm and patient demeanor proves to be a valuable asset, as he effectively achieves positive results with our students. Sifu Campbell has also actively participated in youth tournaments, where he has garnered multiple 1st place trophies in self-defense, weapons, and kumite. With his extensive experience and unwavering commitment to martial arts, Sifu Campbell has become an exceptional instructor and a well-rounded martial artist.
